The Army of Cats are here!

The latest release from this Leeds based trio showcases a band coming of age. Eighty Six have subtly moved on from the melodic punk rock of What's My Problem Today? to incorporate a new found aggression. The six tracks on this latest CD just plain rock.
Army of Cats is now available from both ourselves and the band, with the first 100 copies arriving in a cool fluorescent yellow case and the rest following in cool, but maybe not as cool, orange cases. It'll be appearing in selected distros and shops over the next couple of months, though the official release date to most record shops will be mid-January when Shellshock will be ensuring everyone from your local indie to Tesco get copies. Seriously, Tesco!

New Eighty Six EP on the way

Army of Cats, the brand new 6 track EP from Leeds based Eighty Six is due out in a couple of months time.
The EP will feature the following tracks:
- The Concept of Negative Mass
- Movement 31
- Stranger Danger!
- Secret Eyesore
- Kirk to Bridge
- Phantom Limb
While this is undoubtably the same band, Eighty Six have found a new groove on this record that gives them an added urgency. We think it's the best thing the band have yet produced and it should be set to turn a few new heads their way. If you don't believe us, check out these MP3s: Movement 31 and Stranger Danger!
