Formed back in 1999, Eighty Six grew organically from the melochily indie-rock of their debut release, through the melodic-punk of What's My Problem Today?, to a place both darker and heavier on their final outing, Army of Cats. They leave behind some of the finest Jawbox / Jawbreaker inspired rock that this fair island has ever produced. For that we are grateful.

Today the members of Eighty Six can be found amongst the ranks of Kill Yourself, Buzzkill, That Fucking Tank and Eagle Eye. That in itself should speak volumes!

Bombed Out Records is a non-profit, do-it-yourself record label based in Leeds and Harrogate in the UK, with a toe dipped into the icy waters of Sweden. Our first record was released in 1998.
